We understand how important it is for us to be available to you as soon as possible. That is why we are not just “month of or day of” planners. We are available by phone and email from the day we are officially signed. There are so many planning questions regarding the vendors you need to pick, the wedding venue details, the flow of the timeline and so many other questions. Having us onboard to help you with those questions is VERY important. 

 

All our services are flexible and we customize the majority of our planning contract details. We just have them listed so you can read through options and if one fits perfectly, great! However, if you want to move some items around, we are happy to accommodate you.

Wedding Advisor
Starting at $3,800.00

This is far more than “just day of or month of” planning. Once hired, you can contact us by phone  or e-mail to begin answering wedding questions whether your wedding is a year or a month away

  • Complimentary consultation to lay out wedding ideas. Consultant will be able to offer suggestions on the initial steps to take regarding your wedding style, budget questions and color combinations

​

  • Our preferred vetted vendor list to narrow down your selections based on our past experience with them. We do not accept commissions or kick backs from vendors

​

  • A checklist to keep you on target and when you should focus on your planning tasks.  A venue meeting walkthrough with a wrap up meeting to discuss the final details of the wedding day

​

  • Create a wedding weekend schedule, follow-up with phone calls to vendors, regarding details on wedding agenda including who is responsible for taking home gifts,personal items and keepsakes

​

  • Coordinator’s assistance at the rehearsal directing the flow of the ceremony

​

  • Assist with reception site decorating (this may be limited or vary based on time constraints)

​

  • We will bring our wedding day emergency kit (black socks, super glue, hair spray, pins, etc.)

​

  • Distribute and pin bridal party and family flowers prior to the ceremony

​

  • Set-up wedding programs, guest book, table numbers, favors, menu cards, seating chart, etc.

​

  • Coordinate the agenda of the evening (your entrance, 1st dance, cake cutting, toasts and exit)

​

  • A planner available for up to 9 hours on the wedding day with team assistants added as needed.
