Outside of weddings, Barbara enjoys spending time in her garden with her dog, Kai, relaxing by the beach whenever she can, and capturing life's beautiful moments—especially golden hour sunsets. A proud mother of two LGBTQ adult children, she brings the same warmth, care, and dedication to her clients that she does to her own family.
Barbara has dedicated her entire career to hospitality and creating unforgettable celebrations. As one of Austin's very first wedding planners, she has helped shape the local wedding industry by mentoring countless planners and building trusted relationships with some of the area's most respected vendors.
Her passion is simple: helping couples enjoy their engagement without the stress. Barbara believes every couple deserves to feel calm, confident, and fully present throughout the planning process and on their wedding day.
Known for her calm leadership, attention to detail, and genuine kindness, Barbara creates an organized, supportive experience from start to finish. She intentionally overstaffs weddings to ensure every detail is handled seamlessly while proactively solving problems before couples ever know they existed.
