Barr Mansion Fire
One of Austin's favorite wedding venues suffered a serious loss
on the morning of June 9th when lightning struck their unique,
beautiful Artisan ballroom. The entire wedding community was
in shock, but immediately began to rally around the owners of
Barr Mansion to see what they needed and how we could help.
We were so relieved to hear that the historic home, kitchen and
fabulous gardens were untouched by the fire. The owners are
going to still hold the weddings they have coming up as soon as
this weekend with a large, air conditioned tent. I know there are
so many distressed brides thinking about their dream weddings.
Rest assured that Mark, Abby and the entire Barr Mansion team
will make your weddings memorable and beautiful. There are so
many picturesque areas of the property, your wedding day will
still be amazing.
I have always loved their Garden of Eden mural. The owner, Mark said on the news
they will be building an even better ballroom over the next 3 months. We can't wait.
